Meditation was an amazing discovery for me 80 days ago. I looked forward to doing it because it relaxed me, centered me, and cleared my mind. Now, 80 days in, I am only meditating because I have a number on my phone counting my days. Most of the time, I am just using it to fall asleep, or I play a two-minute meditation that I don't even listen to. One thing I can say, however, is that 80 days ago I would have been much more reprehensive about this. But now, I know it's just a number, and I'm not doing this for numbers.
