Does anyone know of any studies that show the effects of one session of meditation (up to 1 hour)? I'm trying to show proof that it can cause a change, be it in cognitive functioning, memory, relaxation, symptom level, any outcome. All of the studies I have been able to find so far are multi-week and multi-session programs like MBSR, while I want to know about the change you can see from someone only practicing once.
